Using the site
Use Two Wheel Trading properly.
Two Wheel Trading is a marketplace and community platform. It helps users advertise, browse, discuss,
connect and arrange genuine off-road related sales, events and community activity.
You must not use the site for scams, stolen goods, false adverts, harassment, spam, unlawful activity,
unsafe meetups or anything that damages the marketplace or rider community.
We can remove content, pause features or restrict accounts if we reasonably believe the site is being
misused, a rule has been broken, or action is needed to protect riders, buyers, sellers or the platform.
Accounts
Your account is your responsibility.
- Use accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
- Do not pretend to be someone else, a dealer you do not represent or a business you do not own.
- Do not share an account in a way that avoids membership limits or seller checks.
- Tell us if you believe your account has been misused.
Trade Shed
Listings must be genuine, accurate and yours to advertise.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their adverts, prices, photos, descriptions, stated condition,
ownership information and any claims made about service history, road registration or modifications.
Buyers must carry out their own checks before purchasing, including inspecting the vehicle, checking VIN
or frame numbers, reviewing paperwork and using independent history or stolen-vehicle checks where available.
Read Seller Rules
Memberships and paid features
Paid access unlocks more marketplace tools.
Membership levels, seller limits, promoted posts, featured listings, event advertising and trusted
partner spaces may change over time as the platform grows.
Two Wheel Trading payments are for platform access and visibility only. We do not process payment for
vehicles, parts, riding gear, trailers or other advertised items.
Memberships, featured posts and other paid platform features are handled through our payment provider.
Subscription renewals, cancellations, failed payments and invoices are managed through the member billing
area or by contacting support.
Featured boosts normally run for the stated promotion period from payment, unless the advert is removed,
marked as sold, breaches our rules or the account is restricted.
Paid features do not guarantee a sale, enquiry, event attendance, listing position, buyer response or
specific business result.
Verification
Verification helps accountability. It is not a guarantee.
A VIN verification badge or seller status may show that required information has been submitted. It does
not prove legal ownership, confirm identity, guarantee vehicle condition, replace buyer checks or provide
a complete vehicle-history check.
Two Wheel Trading does not claim legal rights over VINs, frame numbers or vehicle identities and does not
act as the police, DVLA, finance provider or official vehicle-history service.
Private verification information may be reviewed where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected
theft, fraud, misuse of the platform or a genuine dispute.
Messages
Buyer and seller enquiries stay on Two Wheel Trading.
The platform is designed so buyers and sellers can make genuine enquiries without displaying personal
mobile numbers publicly. Messages may be reviewed where reasonably necessary to deal with reports,
suspected fraud, misuse, safety concerns or legal requests.
Do not use messages to harass people, avoid platform rules, push suspicious payments, collect unrelated
personal data or move a deal off-site to bypass safeguards.
Limits
Two Wheel Trading is not the seller.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, sales are between the buyer and seller. Two Wheel Trading provides the
platform, not the vehicle, part, service, event or dealer stock being advertised.
Item price, payment method, collection, delivery, receipt and any private sale agreement are arranged
directly between buyer and seller.
We may remove listings, restrict accounts or pause features where we believe the site is being misused,
where safety is at risk, or where we need to protect the marketplace.
Photos, posts and shares
You are responsible for what you upload.
By posting adverts, photos, videos, comments, creator content, event posts or partner updates, you confirm
you have the right to upload that content and allow Two Wheel Trading to show it on the platform.
If you use share tools for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other platforms, those external sites
have their own rules and privacy terms.
Reports and disputes
Report problems calmly and with evidence.
If you suspect a stolen vehicle, fraud, false advert or misuse of the platform, report it through the
proper route. Do not confront anyone or put yourself at risk.
